How is pricing worked out?
Every quote is tailored to the number of documents, their type and your delivery needs. The NDA, sealed boxes, searchable PDF, QR tracking, storage before scanning and 6 months of box storage afterwards are all included. Just tell your account manager what you need on WhatsApp.
What does my account manager do?
One person looks after you from enquiry to pickup, scanning and delivery. They learn your documents and delivery needs, arrange pickup, and update you at every step, so you only ever need to contact one person.
How do you keep documents confidential?
We sign an NDA before pickup. Each box is closed with a numbered tamper-evident seal that’s checked before opening. Every handover is logged by QR. The tracking page never shows your name or what’s inside, and digital copies are deleted 3 months after delivery.
What is a searchable PDF?
We run text recognition (OCR) on every page, so you can search and copy the text in your PDFs instead of paging through them.
How does QR tracking work?
Every box gets its own QR label. Scan it with your phone camera, or enter the box number (like BB-XXXX-XXXX) on our Track page, to see the latest status. No sign-in needed.
How long do you keep the original box?
For 6 months after your files are delivered, free. You can ask for it back or check an original at any time. Before the period ends, your account manager will contact you to return it or shred it securely. Longer storage can be arranged.
