- An NDA and numbered tamper-evident seals
- Pickup, with a QR tracking label on every box
- Free storage from pickup until scanning is done
- All bindings removed, 300 dpi scanning
- Text recognition (OCR): searchable PDF in the original order
- Delivery by download link or USB
- Original box kept free for 6 months, then returned or securely destroyed

Non-disclosure agreement
Signed by both sides before pickup, stating your documents are used only for scanning and storage.
Numbered seals
Every box is sealed and its number recorded. We check the seal before opening.
Every handover logged
Pickup, storage, scanning, delivery and return are each time-stamped by the QR system.
Digital copies are deleted 3 months after delivery. The tracking page shows only the box number and progress — never your name or what’s inside.
